Act today. Banks can sometimes recover money, but only if you move quickly.
Contact your bank straight away. If you paid by card, ask for a chargeback. If you paid by bank transfer, report it as an authorised push payment scam. Banks can sometimes recover these.
Keep everything. Receipts, confirmations, screenshots and the account details you were given.
Report it to actionfraud.police.uk, the UK's national reporting centre for fraud.
Message us. We cannot get your money back, but we will tell you plainly what we can and cannot see from our side. Several people have already come to us and we have helped every one of them.
